The Chiba Plant performs the technical development and general processing that form the core of our company's business.
We manufacture our own punching dies, allowing us to make use of synergistic effects in combination with our press technologies beginning from the design stage and resulting in the optimal use of technologies and more efficient manufacturing.

We are also applying paper-less management targeting cardboard and other paper materials.

Die Manufacturing Division
Design and manufacturing departments for molding are completely in-house.
We also satisfy client`s more complicated demands flexibly, and can select the best mold corresponding to product characteristics.
Moreover, since we coordinate with the manufacture site of products, we can quickly implement designs and manufacturing with one stop.
